The RCA House System
At Windcrest, students are members of one of our RCA Houses, creating a school-wide community that connects students across grade levels and classrooms. Through friendly competitions, leadership opportunities, service projects, and celebrations, students build relationships, develop character, and experience a strong sense of belonging.
